Neha's journey began with a deep interest in food science and its role in human health.

 

She completed her B.A.Sc. (Hons.) in Food Technology from Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women, University of Delhi (2001–2004), followed by an M.Sc. (Hons.) in Food Science & Technology (2004–2006).

 

These formative years provided a strong scientific foundation in food chemistry, nutrition, microbiology, food processing, quality assurance, safety systems, and regulatory science—knowledge that would later become central to both her corporate and entrepreneurial journey.

 

Eighteen Years in India's Leading Food Corporations

 

Following her postgraduate studies, Neha embarked on a distinguished corporate career spanning more than eighteen years.

 

Between 2006 and 2024, she worked with some of India's most respected food and nutrition companies, including:

- Nestlé

- Mother Dairy

- Unilever

 

Throughout her corporate journey, she held diverse responsibilities across:

- Quality Assurance & Quality Control

- Research & Development

- Food Safety Systems

- Regulatory Affairs

- Product Compliance

- Cross-functional Leadership

 

Working within highly regulated food ecosystems gave her a deep understanding of how food products are conceptualized, developed, validated, commercialized, and brought to consumers at scale.

 

More importantly, it reinforced a lifelong belief that food should not merely satisfy hunger—it should actively contribute to health and well-being.

 

The Entrepreneurial Leap

After nearly two decades in the corporate world, Neha chose to channel her expertise into entrepreneurship.

 

In April 2024, she joined Impeccable Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (IIPL) as Co-founder & CEO, embarking on a mission to build innovative nutrition solutions that address some of the most pressing health challenges faced by modern families.

 

Transitioning from multinational corporations to a startup environment requires more than technical expertise. It demands adaptability, commercial thinking, resilience, and the ability to create value with limited resources.

 

Neha embraced this challenge wholeheartedly.

 

Within a short period, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company's business strategy, operational framework, and growth roadmap. Drawing upon years of corporate experience, she helped establish multiple business models, identify new revenue streams, strengthen market positioning, and build a scalable foundation for sustainable growth.

 

Her ability to combine scientific rigor with commercial acumen has become a defining characteristic of her leadership style.

 

Creating Impact Beyond Business

 

While entrepreneurship provided an avenue for innovation, Neha recognized that many of India's health and nutrition challenges required broader community engagement and social action.

 

In November 2025, she spearheaded the formation of 2nd Brain Foundation, a not-for-profit Section 8 organization dedicated to advancing awareness, education, research, and community support in the areas of:

- Nutrition Literacy

- Preventive Healthcare

- Neurodevelopmental Disorders like Autism, ADHD, DS, CP

- Family Wellness

- Rare diseases/disorders like Amyloidosis, ALS/MND, MS, GBS, Bell's Palsy.

The Foundation was established with a clear vision: to bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and practical implementation at the grassroots level.

 

By creating a dedicated social-impact platform, Neha sought to ensure that evidence-informed nutrition and wellness solutions could reach families who need them most.
