For Arnab Guha, Founder of Impeccable Innovations Pvt. Ltd. and Co-Founder & Director of 2nd Brain Foundation, the journey has been shaped by a unique combination of scientific training, industry expertise, entrepreneurial perseverance, and lived experience.
Over the past two decades, Arnab has worked at the intersection of food science, nutrition, gut health, neurodevelopment, and preventive healthcare. His mission has evolved from developing innovative food technologies to creating practical nutrition solutions that improve the quality of life of children and families facing health and developmental challenges.
Today, his work spans both enterprise and social impact, with a focus on advancing awareness around the gut-brain connection, nutrition-driven wellness, and preventive healthcare.
A Strong Foundation in Food Science
Arnab's scientific journey began at the University of Delhi, where he completed his B.A.Sc. (Hons.) in Food Technology from Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Sciences (2001–2004).
Driven by a deeper interest in food science, nutrition, and human health, he subsequently earned his M.Sc. (Hons.) in Food Science & Technology (2004–2006).
These academic years provided him with a multidisciplinary understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, nutrition, food processing, biotechnology, product development, and quality systems—knowledge that would later become the foundation of his entrepreneurial ventures.
Building Expertise Across Industry
Following his postgraduate studies, Arnab spent a decade working with leading organizations in the food and biotechnology sectors.
Before entering the food industry, Arnab had done a combined internship of 145 days in Nestle, & subsidiaries of Unilever, Coca Cola and Heinz. Then as a thorough professional between 2006 and 2016, he worked across manufacturing, research & development, innovation, and technology functions with organizations such as:
- Heinz
- Britannia
- Novozymes
These roles exposed him to the full innovation lifecycle—from product development and manufacturing excellence to biotechnology applications and commercial implementation.
More importantly, they helped shape his understanding of how science can be translated into scalable solutions that benefit consumers and society.
The Entrepreneurial Leap
In February 2016, Arnab founded Impeccable Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (IIPL) with a vision to create science-led solutions in food, biotechnology, and agriculture.
The initial years focused on providing techno-commercial consulting services to startups, MSMEs, and established players operating in these sectors. Through this work, he gained valuable insights into innovation management, product commercialization, technology transfer, and business strategy.
However, as his understanding of nutrition-related health challenges deepened, a larger opportunity emerged.
The Birth of SPORTIFY
In January 2019, Impeccable Innovations pivoted from consulting to food manufacturing, launching the SPORTIFY brand.
The objective was ambitious yet focused: develop clean-label, plant-based, gluten-free, gut-friendly foods designed to support better health outcomes.
The initiative was inspired not merely by market trends but by a growing body of scientific evidence linking nutrition, gut health, inflammation, and overall well-being.
Over time, SPORTIFY evolved into a platform dedicated to creating products that align with the needs of health-conscious consumers, individuals with dietary sensitivities, and families seeking better nutritional options.
A Personal Connection to Neurodevelopment
What distinguishes Arnab's work from many conventional entrepreneurs is the deeply personal experience that informs his mission.
Growing up alongside his younger brother, Anirban Guha, who lives with Spastic Quadriplegic Mixed Cerebral Palsy, Arnab witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by families navigating neurodevelopmental conditions.
The experience instilled a lifelong curiosity about human development, nutrition, neurological health, and the factors that influence quality of life.
This lived experience became a driving force behind his interest in the gut-brain axis, neurodevelopmental disorders, preventive nutrition, and family-centered health interventions.
Rather than viewing disability solely through a medical lens, he came to appreciate the importance of long-term support systems, community engagement, family resilience, and evidence-based lifestyle interventions.
An Inventor and Research-Driven Thinker
Arnab is also an inventor associated with multiple patent applications spanning food technology, nutrition, and innovation.
His approach combines scientific rigor with practical application.

A significant milestone in Arnab's journey came in April 2024 when his wife, Neha Tyagi, an accomplished food scientist and senior industry professional, joined Impeccable Innovations full-time as Co-Founder & CEO.
Together, the husband-wife leadership team brought over four decades of combined experience in food science, nutrition, innovation, quality systems, regulatory affairs, and business management.
Their complementary strengths accelerated the organization's growth while expanding its vision beyond commercial success toward broader societal impact.
The Formation of 2nd Brain Foundation
In November 2025, Neha Tyagi spearheaded the creation of 2nd Brain Foundation, a Section 8 not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing:
